For most posters, this is a discussion - or at least a back of the mind question.
Hope goes out the window.
There are two camps:
1) Ackman, MS, two other 100M owners.
2) Holden, Midas, GB, and many others who are small fires w/ a platform - they post here & on X.
3) they could, but wow, there WILL be lawsuits! (ROLG)
Certainly, both JPS & common is a good plan. Cuz it is happening. It will come to be.
I lean toward common getting the no SPS, no LP, govt. getting 79.9
Ockam's razor there, if you ask me.
The problem: GB f-ing KNOWS we are idiots. "Watch and learn"
Give me a break. Like he is some svengali, seen-this-knows-it, blah, blah, blah.
We've seen other "picks" and they have not been good in the stock-picking. We know you are expert in kite-flying on the beach.
If I was GB, I would sit this one out.
You have based all credibility and reputation on this one call.
SPS conversion.
Most of us here think you are dead wrong. So, do yourself a favor and sit on your hands (like KTHOMP)
