Well, there will always be "Entitled" NINJA Renters who want to Sue companies...Go Ask any RE Investor who has Rental units like me and they'll tell you stories of Scumbag Renters who lie on applications and once in, will NOT Pay Rent and Hog your Rental Unit for 6-months without paying any Rent (& Utilities. because there are laws that prevent the owner from 'cutting off Utilities' to Rental Units, regardless of whether Tenants are paying or Not) while you go through a minimum 4-months Running around the Courts , just to get an 'Order' from the Judge to get them 'Evicted' off your property and even then they won't "Evict', You need to pay to the Court to get a Court 'Constable' assigned who will come and then 'Evict' the Tenants out of your Unit!
