In the Bessent interview from late August he indicated letting the world know who the underwriters would be at the end of Sept or beginning of Oct, ideally. Of course nothing was set in stone but this week is officially end of Sept, beginning of Oct so I'm hoping for news this week. We could use some news that gives us, at least, one green day.
