The playbook for most companies with bad news is to release after the close (preferably on a Friday). Gotta hope this isn't the case here. Ultimately though we at least have a drug that most likely will be approved after this 3rd party mfgr issue is fixed. Seems nuts that it takes so long and so many hoops. I understand that they have another FDA approved mfgr ready so it should just be an easy substitution but these bureaucracies what their thumb on everything.
Doubt it. More likely a " buy the news " event ...as we have some certainty .. IMHO stock has already priced in all / most of the bad news
Is anyone going to be surprised if the Co says FDA wants to re inspect the facility so allow at least 9 mths before FDA approval and probably another capital raise ?
