No, you don't understand a release that doesn't fall in line with your belief that commons will not be wiped out thats why you never saw commons at a price level near jps shares now... you think this is a paper excercise and do not understand wiping commons out means a failed IPO right out of the gate.... This is why you are a poor source of information on this process and what it takes to get new investors... basically you cannot see the forest thru the trees....
