I saw that and read it all. That is not a judgement. That is the DOI's response to the judge arguing that he should not grant our motion for summary judgement to the Indians but should just allow the reconsideration to continue. It means nothing. The only thing that means anything is what the judge rules, whenever that might be. Summary judgements are supposed to be a lot quicker that this, but the DC judges can do whatever they want. There is clearly no ruling yet. Just pray that he rules in the Indians favor or this could go on forever.
