I agree with your statement that in a bankruptcy " All assets must be fully declared " This seems common sense. BUT!!! WHAT

I heard in a court proceedings as Rozen Acknowledged " There are assets out side and examiner does not need to look at those, our equity committee can go after those assets". I heard court hearing on phone.

To me this indicates there are other assets and I don't know what equity committed did with those assets.
