I don't think 1.3 days would hit statistical significance unless the duration of illness was 6 days or less, which is unlikely

It was and it wasn't. Huge miss on the primary obviously, the HR3 subgroup is definitely "interesting" and looks surprisingly robust.

Have to think about this some more.
