No, the current ongoing civil case where Blackstar is trying to claim GS Capital made too much money from selling their shares.The problem is, Joe actually caused the price drop by running this shell like a pump and dump. Having actual operations and revenues would have prevented the price from dropping, which converted even more shares.The company needs a court to order a refund and it's unlikely in Nevada. Probably would have worked in New York though.
Notice the company did not sue the guys in Boca for doing the same thing?
It's pretty damning when the Nevada Supreme Court states the lower court was merely enforcing the contract as written and agreed to. It's actually a game ender right there.
