I don't know. I think they have stated their reasonings for creating the different subsidiaries ResolutionRx and EndeavourRx and in shareholder letter mentioned keeping some assets at RespireRx level for development.
In my opinion, by the time they are ready to exit the EM, there will be significant funds in place for most assets to move forward whether they are held at the subsidiary level or the parent RespireRx level.
