I wonder if the SEC even will publish those exhibits? Not that they matter much anyways...

What matters is this:

"In September 2024, Respondent applied to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for a grant of
$2,999,738 to support one of its research and development programs in treatment resistant epilepsy.
Respondent achieved a high score and was recommended for funding by the grant reviewers.
Respondent anticipates an award decision by September 30, 2025"

And then how quickly this happens...

"Respondent has engaged Castle Placement, a FINRA member, SEC registered firm,
acting as placement agent, to conduct a Rule 506(c) offering for Respondent and after a several month
due diligence period with the placement agent, Respondent believes that the offering will commence in
September 2025. That offering is for up to $45 million across three entities"

Surely there is more than just waiting on some grant funds that would drive a need for such a large capital raise... Best guess is supporting IND submissions and clinical trials for KRM-ll-81 and that phase 2 SCI sitting out there...
