It is going to be hard to do that. Material events are material and need disclosed. For instance, if they secure the grant funding for epilepsy that is a material event. If that grant funding leads to a capital infusion from the investment outfit Castle Placement (which is a significant company) then that capital infusion needs disclosed.
Any additional success in fund raising or pipeline progress like say IND enabling coming out of the HEAL program also needs disclosed and really there should not be any NDA that prevents disclosing the status of IND enabling if they have results and moving towards IND submission.
If they are to be done with filings and trading normal again within 6 months, we should be hearing plenty of good news and funds being secured in the next month or two so they can get that process underway. Might start hearing it next week as Sept. 30 in 5 days!
