According to Mark and the one he did a deal with said the SEC gave them new life. Lets see if that happens. Probably have to wait 15 more years. So losses are not losses until THE FAT LADY SINGS and I do not think SHE SANG YET.
That doesn't IMO excuse Newbauer from screwing everyone with the IP. BUT IMO that is his nature. It is all about MARK!!!
He still hasn't paid me back yet either after promising to have me paid back by the end of May 2023. What does that say about his character.
His word means nothing so 50 /50 that what Mark says in the first line of this post is true. Probably a lot less than that.
