Break them up into 5 or so different small orders of 1mil each.
I wouldn't do a AON on a large-ish order.

Fidelity doesn't charge me commish's on penny's so,
I have like 10 or so out now,
(that 12 hit yesterday was a nice find, all in 1mil hits at different times through the day;-)
