As I said I think we really need an outside accountant doing these reports... Goyner seems to be in over his head when it comes to the OTC and its filing procedures

The reasoning is & as per OTC Compliance OTC Mkts as it relates to disclosures/financials receives only Form & Procedure Review, Not Full Audit. OTC Markets doesn’t audit or verify every line item in the financials. They check that disclosures meet procedural and formatting requirements under their rules and the Alternative Reporting Standard (ARS). OTC Markets tends to flag filings for procedural errors such as missing certifications, inconsistencies in share structure tables, incomplete disclosures. Also along w/ obvious contradictions such as share increases not lining up with transfer agent data.
