As I posted last night. Aerodyne's already planning JV's with MTi. There will come a point where MTIG valuation will escalate to the point that Aerodyne will need to decide if MTi should be acquired. Aerodyne as I'm sure you know is already headlong into M&A's in the first place.
Acquiring MTi not only gifts Aerodyne MTi Group at a bargain basement price. It also gets them in the door with the Spanish IT community which holds umpteen different M&A opportunities for Aerodyne. Meanwhile Dell would be tickled pink to work with Aerodyne because at approximately 50 X the size of MTIG. Aerodyne are also the third largest drone company in the world. I don't have to tell you what that could mean for Dell.
