This is a true statement!!!!  However, the WMILT and suckman and group never went after them....no one did....maybe I missed that.....hope I am wrong....

Only a fool would not go after money owed!!!!! Their 1% is my 100%. The debtors could not go after it but they are only in posession of part of the estate. The debtors in posession are but a distant memory now or no longer revelent to today. There is much behind the corporate curtain... Time will tell... Yes I signed my releases may years ago and look forward to seeing payment one day soon... Just an opinion of a share holder who signed their timly releases...

Who? is the question. Because the WMILT and suckman and group did not go after anything....if I am wrong happy to say it..we do not know what value the trust have in Wells Fargo...or even the capital trust has any money left..these are trusts that the FDIC do not control....if there was any value...then a distribution would happen.....even if the first distribution is just interest....if anything does happen it would happen before or when coop/WMIHC merger with RKT happens....
