What is the expected ROI of this facility? Are you expecting 1 metric ton/year, 5 metric ton/year, 10 metric ton/year? What is the overall expected yield with all of the facilities Kraig's own? Have we even completed 1 metric ton this year? People want to know!!!!

So neat to get a PR on a Friday! The company's production progress is off the charts. Huge news has to be close, IMHO. GO KBLB! :-)

. By adding new rearing infrastructure, the Company is positioning itself to meet rising global interest from industries ranging from textiles and apparel to defense and consumer goods.

Hopefully this is the foundation for the Darwin's Bark Spider-Inspired Transgenic ,the caddisfly transgenic or both starting production in 2026.

Once again, we get a hopeful and positive-sounding PR.  BREAKING NEWS: KBLB is looking for another rearing center, but they haven't found it yet.  Just wanted us to know they were in the market for this facility.  Once they make arrangements for the new facility, they will have to modify the new facility (the buildout) and work on the integration of the new facility before it comes online.  Not like buying a turnkey facility to produce silk.  Are they looking for an empty warehouse?
For me, the stumbling block right now is the discrepancy between these hopeful PRs and the complete lack of buyer involvement.  To date, not a single company has offered KBLB development funds for a joint venture.  Not a single company has offered an advance payment on future deliveries of silk.  Consider all of the names people have dropped in terms of buyers.  Any of them could drop off a check to KBLB for a million dollars as an advance payment on delivery of silk without worrying about the money involved.  For such big names, this would be the financial equivalent of stopping at Starbucks for a cup of coffee in the morning.  Not a pumpkin spice mocha latte with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.  Nope, just an ordinary cup of java.  A million bucks is NOTHING for these companies.  But no one has stepped up to the plate.
I hope that KBLB has at last found the secret sauce.  I hope that they have been able to start replacing that floundering parental line in the BAM-1 hybrid system and are cranking out reasonable quantities of silk.  I hope they have buyers who actually want what KBLB is able to produce.  Thompson's confident actions suggest he feels we are on the precipice of success.  But then again, we've been there before and ended up with major setbacks.
Right now, investors continue to survive on hopium.  Today's PR served up another tiny morsel to feed investor hopium.
Good luck everyone.  I'm afraid we need it more than most realize...
