At the lowest dose tested (2 mg per infusion), single or repeated administration generated CD8+ T-cells that were CAR+, while a higher dose (4 mg per infusion) resulted in up to 60% of CD8+ T-cells being CAR+. The T-cells were reprogrammed within hours, leading to (complete) depletion of circulating B-cells, which persisted for up to nine or ten days.
