Would be glad to, Horseman Country,
US Fintec belongs equally to Fannie and Freddie. Pulte renamed the Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) to US Fintec. One might ask why. 🤔
Anyway, this platform, where UMBS can be traded, is worth tens of billions. Maybe $30 billion (IPO). Maybe $34 billion (JPS value). And maybe it's Trump's plan to take this company public as one of three companies under the Great American Mortgage Corporation. To do that, Fannie and Freddie would just have to sell US Fintec to GAMC (ticker “MAGA” 😎). And then they'd have enough cash to liquidate the JPS for a clean capital structure.
This is all pure speculation. But one thing is certain: US Fintec is currently owned by the common shareholders of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
GLTY 😎
