Just tested with Schwab using a cash (non-IRA) account in which I do not have a current position. If you're determined to own this piece of crap apparently placing a limit order above the last sale price will work.
HOWEVER, I then attempted to place the same order (just testing, of course)....1,000 share buy, limit of .0011 for the day only..... in an IRA account in which I DO have a position and got this message:
"Order messages
1. Your order cannot be accepted. This security IPIX is accepting closing transactions only. (DO911)
2. Please Note: This order may be executable because the buy limit price of 0.0011 is higher than the last trade or last closing price of 0.001. Please verify that you have entered your intended limit price. (DO554)"
