Good Sport...if indeed a bigger Dog left their pants down that would be more reason for the big dog to fight HDC as long as possible. The other factor being HDC would need to convince the same high end Attorney Firm to pursue this issue.
Locked tightly and without saying the big dog infringing isn't going to cave without a fight and we will need a high end attorney firm again as that is what we will be facing again so HDC's Mom and Pop attorney is far from practical.
So I see it like this.... another stall game by the potential infringer, and when push come to shove at that point whatever mom and pop attorney that is helping HDC then and then only need a huge attorney firm needed for HDC to pursue the case however...wouldn't you agree that HDC should establish possibly the same attorney's we had who pursued Intel corporation but with that said what was the ending relationship between HDC and the attorney firm that represented us involving the Intel lawsuit?
Why the same attorneys? they know the patents inside out!
