She filed to sell 36M shares and the CFO filed to sell 4M shares. Doesn’t bode well for a settlement. I was preparing to register and sell half my shares. I didn’t have the time to do it. Those 144s ensured the stock is going nowhere. The SEC needs to be aware of this. Assuming they have any reason to go after Emil and Barbara.
