I keep wondering if the gap between COOP's actual price and the implied price (RKT*11 + 2) is an indication of the market's concern that something will prevent the deal from going through.
Does anyone know if all Governmental Hurdles have successfully been cleared?
Maybe I should ask instead, does anyone know of any Governmental Hurdles that have not been cleared yet.
