I think he Got a "Settlement"... With any such Individual Settlements, there will be an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). So, probably he was Under Oath due to the NDA signed and hence he just 'Vanished' from here...Cannot Blame him. I think they got scared when he tried to form the Bigger CT "Investor Group" and so made a 'Direct Settlement" with him and took him out of the scene...
As far as I and a few others knew. Nothing ever happened. There was many meetings with law firms. But not one accepted the challenge. All involved were told that.
