What Neb can't tell anyone about is the audit... and how it was a spit in the wind audit. Nothing that the SEC would ever even accept...so that forced 'rite' (aka the SCAM) to hold on its books a 0 valuation.. FACT even NMC admitted before they shut down their scam that they can't prove the valuation. Funny how this long running scam 'rite' decided to try to re-tread that old scam story from NMC. too funny.
Neb failed to point out:

No mining equipment
Never minded anything
CEO loaded up previous scam rite shares prior as a 'consultant'
CEO was fined by FINRA for you guessed it improper valuation
rite float ballooned ...just not announced yet since they can't file
Pump and Dumpers scams make me chuckle sometimes... hook line and sinker on some stinkers like this one.
