Xoom, yes, it appears so. I highly doubt that these two Receiverships will close separately, as they have been joined at the hip for a multitude of years; however, it could take weeks to several months after the UWBKQ official closing for the WaMu finale to occur. Only filings and time passing will show us the way forward.
