I didn't advocate killing Charlie. But I'm not the least bit sorry he's gone, it's only the idea that someone killed him that's a bit problematic.

No, Ordie. We have no idea what Robinson thought, or why he killed Kirk. There are suggestions that he may have been a follower of Nick Fuentes. If so, it seems unlikely he had any beliefs in common with anyone here.

So I'm afraid you haven't found a "real key" to anything.

Nonsense. I hold Kirk's views in contempt for the same kind of logical fallacies, misinformation and willful ignorance I read in posts on these boards. Most of it is simply indefensible. Even his professed pride in his HS education is badly misplaced.

His rationalization that the 2nd Amendment required gun deaths to survive is stupid and insulting to anyone who has lost anyone to gunfire. There's no missing context to that rationalization, It's simply a fucking HS kid's take on the issue.

Now I CAN deplore all of that AND his murder. But he HAS by his standard contributed to the strength of the 2nd Amendment.

And any anger held against Trump's GOP is totally understandable because of the excessively divisive venom coming from both Trump and senior members of his government. The sort of aggressive rhetoric which encourages violence.

And because of their constant misinformation mongering, and because their attacks upon the very institutions which made America as worthy of praise in some areas as it is are seriously threatening American democracy.
