It is mathematically finite.
Usually takes 1-2 years to absorb .0001
My other plays show similar setups to PSRU.
They are moving first because they have smaller bases.
PSRU will move the largest % since it has the biggest base.
Clearly a tiny ask is not bearish, but bullish.
Like I said before, no one knows the amount of available shares
but it looks close now. Sometimes there is 1-2 extra bil behind, you
never thought there would be.

dpls was and is a scam, didnt stop it from becoming a 2000x bagger. calling it a scam makes me MORE interested, not less.
