Way too late. They were sent notices and never responded. This is now facing revocation proceedings and in a few short months or less than a year will have its stock registration revoked. Shareholders will end up with a string of characters showing -100% in their accounts. Some brokerages even charge a fee to remove it. The end.
I am guessing all strategic negotiations will stop until this is resolved. There is no way any VC or BP capital infusion or partnership is going to be incoming with this situation and liability hanging over these assets. Further delaying. Further loss in opportunity. Time is money in drug development.
