As of Jan 1st 2024 . he has clawed back $14 billion in unearned profits from early ponzi investors (like the former owners of the NY Mets)....Do you know how much he has charged in legal fees that the court has allowed him to take???? $1.5 BILLION!!. Thats enough to buy certain sports franchises!. This work consists of forensic accounting, issuance, legal opinions and looking at every transaction. This isnt a defense attorney handling a drunk driving case. This calls for a staff of other lawyers and para legals, P.I.'s CPAs. other lawyers, motions to compel or produce, going through every bank statement for 10 years and tracking every movement of money,shares, gifts, purchases. Most known recievers would have passed on this. Not enough $$ and a chance you may not get paid. (NSAV reciever lost $100k last year with another fake company) As they are doing this they have to make a report to Judge and regulators. There is nothing there but paper stock that was a reverse pump n dump. Instead of claiming they found a cure for cancer, they instead claimed there was 300 million shares short. He;s going through every e-mail and seeing if they were coming up with fake purchases of companies that didnt exist hoping fools would believe Ham and Ferrand et .al. Now if he finds direct connections (phone,letters ,email, meetings, lunches and even Ihub messages and youtube) he has to turn that over to FBI....are you understanding the scope of this fraud now? There is nothing he can do.
