Gotcha. My mistake was thinking it wouldn't work of any substack just because it hadn't on any of the articles from there i'd tried. That's more evidence of how careful we have to be on generalizations.

I saying that it doesn't matter which way you go d&d or c/p, that it is only been a few instances that either one of them worked with a particular substack, that both ways didn't work or both ways did work. But a lot more doesn't work, so I stopped doing it without wasting my time to see if I get lucky. At least for me and my pc, that has been my experience (and others also). May be different for other users and pc's.

Thanks heaps for pushing. Between janice and you i finally did the multiple window thing. Because it worked for janice it must be different for different systems. That's good to know.

And the rest of yours .. super .. i see now the link works from that substack too. Now only thing to do is for me to try the drag and drop on that substack ..

FOOEY FLUCK .. didn't work for me there either. So it's either the system or the browser. I'm using Firefox.
