Good points. But my thoughts are that almost 100% of the people that went to the first island - the big island knew that the little island was were the real action was?
I think going to the first and staying there doesn't make you a pedophile or evil because my thought is the big isle is for business, and up front deals and if you want more you needed some sort of pass or secret hand shake or something... and obviously money.
Thus if my contentions are correct, and the little isle is the virgin isle, then anyone going over to that one at any period is suspect.
There were parties all the time on both. To me it's the equivalent of the old time topless places I'd go to with my team after games once in a while. If you wanted bottomless, which was illegal at the time, you go downstairs through a not so obvious door. And it wasn't free.
One of my part time not so proudly remembered jobs 100 years ago was a bouncer at an acquaintance's bar & grill which was also a 'topless go go bar'. His 'other' stage was in another part of his building through a hallway. Pretty classic with a couple of discrete lights around that would signal to the people they could drop the bottoms cause no cops or suspect people are noted. I'm positive more stuff went on. I was the guy giving dancers rides home because somehow I got the rep I was a nice safe guy. Fun times. Never got beat up. Or arrested for battery. That action was few and far between.
