Exactly. Per their statement on X that's what "framework" means. Highly doubt they will do a loan to buy back as much as they can at once. But any amount of buyback is a good thing and shows commitment to the cause. The fact that they have ACTUAL revenue in the OTC, you know they aren't full of crap like most companies would be.
