Most likely Liquidation Preference and warrants will be cancelled with Sr preferred declared paid off in exchange for 70-80% of companies. Avoids whole ton of legal mess and tons of lawsuits.
It sounds about right. But Im not a lawyer. Just a plain old investor who averaged 58% total year on year returns the past 12 months, and 38% total returns the previous year, in no small part to fnma, fmcs, and PLTR holdings. (top performers). I did look and some of my shares are at .80 per share. (lowest). Im very happy I did not listen to naysayers such as alongforzride out to buzz kill and try to steal our shares.
