You have a lot more than me. I will be selling the shares I bought at .015 area the week before last on any news of merger, but will hold the rest. If the merger happens, it will add a lot of weight to what they are doing.
It will take time to make money, but if they get that Swedish place working and start collecting the $73,000 a month from the client that is waiting for Sweden to be operational, they will have enough money to pay their note holders to avoid the possible dilution outlined in the 8K on 9.5
The max the note holder could be issued is 9% of the OS, but it would be better if they can pay the loan plus interest, so there aren't any extra shares added by August 2026. So they have a year to get that location working and paying cash at $73,000 a month (plus any new clients they get).
When I looked up the Spanish lot, they have good connections to money, so not worried about the funding for that.
