Absolutely agree Wings, that is garbage that he put out! Newbies be quite aware of these people that have no interest in your financial well being!! They continue to make stuff up as they go along to try to scare newbies into buying preferred shares. While all the time they will not tell you that preferred’s are capped with limited upside and low liquidity, while common’s have the possibility of exponential growth as we have experienced all of the way up from .38 to above $12 now. Bill Ackman said” preferreds are a good investment but commons are a great investment!!”. Who are you going to trust? The man whose fund has over 120 million shares of common stock or people that share Cheerios with their cats for dinner!! Just kidding on that last part. For all I know it might be Frosted Flakes!
