Well, thanks to this release and folks calling in on Reed Exploration we at least have indications the company is probably functional.
The delay is unacceptable. For a company with the resources of BLFR, it is difficult to conceive of a delay such as we are experiencing here, which may support my theory that as the company changes and new information must be added to the aggregate, a fair bit of backtracking now has had to be completed to present accurate filings.
I think it would be a plausible approach for the company to issue an informal, unofficial release for shareholders subordinate to official SEC docs.
