I hope they announce a buyer next week. kirkov 3mil option is vested sept 6th and he could exercise his option but in my opinion he won't since he has until 2032 to exercise them. It would be better for him not to exercise his options now but wait until after offer is made. If he has to sell shares now to at .70 he will have 1.5 mil shares. If he exercises them at 2.00 he would have 2.5 mil shares after paying to exercise his options
