That's prolly why you keep fabricating false, uneducated scenarios, such as your latest one the sounds like you identifying vplm as a cellular carrier or at least a voip services provider. If course they are not. They gave that up years ago in order to become solely, a share selling insider scheme, disguised as a patent troll. Thus vplm is not and cannot "be delegated" to be an MVNO. They are not a voip company and provide no voip services. They gave that up back in 2013. Even there apparent attempt to sell their patents is a sham. All they are is an insider share selling scheme, set up in a genius, sophisticated way that has worked for them for many yrs. They know they can't sell anything nor can they win any infringement trials plus the whole RICO, monopoly thing is also a sham, destined to fail because their allegations aren't true. They are just another in a long list of diversions which allow them to keep your dream alive. You're going to have a rude awakening.
