Agreed, lots of folks refianced mortgages on their existing home at around 2.8 - 3.2%
I don't see many folks moving or purchasing for current 7% mortgage rates + closing costs.
Too Late Jerome & his Dem-team better re-evaluate drop the interest rates.by at least 1/2 %

You're talking to someone who busted his ass over the years to be mortgage-free ASAP with every house I've ever owned! You're also talking to someone who once had a 14.25% mortgage rate on a new home! I've walked the walk.
Release F&F from those damn conservatorships and there won't be a mortgage and I really will not care what a new house costs!
