#26029 RE: SDCRBS #26027

That's right SDCRBS! We should see revenues from the 19 E-Rate contracts won earlier this year show up in the next quarterly (Q3) and the FY 2025 Annual Report (Q4).

Most of the Nineteen E-Rate contracts that VeeMost secured earlier this year have a Service Start Date (forms 471/486) of July 1, 2025. I think most of these jobs are installing Cisco Meraki wireless access points and switches in schools and libraries. Melvin is a pro at this so I don't think it takes him long to complete a job. At the completion of each job revenue will be recognized (GAAP). How long will it take him to complete 19 installations (contracts)? That will determine how much revenue shows up in Q3 and Q4.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=176109164 (19 E-Rate contracts)

This will add to other Q3 revenue streams (defense contract milestone payments?) So we could be on track to beat Q2 revenues which will give us four consecutive quarters of quarter-over-quarter growth.

FCC Form 471: When you initially apply for E-Rate funding, you file an FCC Form 471. In this form, you list a projected service start date for your services.

FCC Form 486: After you receive a positive Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL), you must file the FCC Form 486 to confirm that the services have begun. This is where you report the actual service start date.
