Yes but he also said it takes time and pointed out any interested co wound need time to generate their own fair value if the company. I just think it would be hard to pull all the pieces together to get an offer out to shareholders in before Nov. remember board has to get it, evaluate it, and vote to approve before shareholders ever learn about it. Plus not rusheing gives time for more offers to come in. Seems smart to let it be on the market for a bit by slow rolling what happens after an offer
