Well before I sent anything , he sent me this

We’re obviously going to miss getting a detailed press release out in August, but what we had hoped for in August in terms of press release is looking like between now and the middle of September (maybe next week or early the following week, but I don’t want to be overly optimistic).

Thanks for update , we all just keep seeing the can being kick down the road. I hope it is because deals funding ect.. are getting wrapped up because a few companies seem to be advancing in the public eyes with their updates and funding being provided by them in some of the same fields your in. I know you all have gone without pay and have special shares that payoff with results. So I trust that you all are moving forward so your pay back for all the effort. I think letting the investors know where some of the testing and grants have advanced or not, by the timelines you should have some of that info that could be passed on. Again thanks and can I pass that info on about the possible news

Yes. They need to be explaining to ALL stakeholders why...

Other companies like Saniona and Incannex are advancing their similar candidates and Respire is wallowing on the EM with no updates and a continual kick the can down the road approach. And why is there zero traction with DOD funding committed for a phase 2 with the ampakines?

I am wondering with all the reported delays and uncertainty surrounding NIH funding and grants if there haven’t been delays in determining level of grant support for KRM-ll-81.

With significant progress in HEAL program for pain and obviously working with ETSP and seeking epilepsy grant support, these grants are key in determining strategic deal value and funding levels. There is zero excuse for the lack of communication and presentation and really this entire EM b.s. path…. But…. This kinda follows with the kick the can update approach past 6 months..

So the FCOI is probably the cause of the press release  delay Jeff mentioned in email response.
