F2 is not any company. it is government sponsored 100%. That may be the difference that will allow them to have the majority. otherwise how can Trump merge F2? How can government do IPO?
Thats why they will only convert (5%) enough warrants to sell them as shares to make $30B and leave the rest in warrant state until the next sale or the warrants expire worthless. IMHO.
