The update on the 10Q Thursday referred to the change to Isiah Enterprises as a corporate transition. That is more than a name change by any definition. Stellantis made a deal with Isiah International and One World Products. No telling what has been happening behind the veil of a private company. Hopefully something substantial. The majority holders finally let go of control and gave Isiah voting rights in December. They had to have had a reason to relinquish control.
The filing has been delayed due to additional review processes related to the recent acquisition of Eco Bio Plastics Midland, Inc., the integration of its operations and financial reporting, and the Company's ongoing corporate transition to Isiah Enterprises.
