Some of us don't use keyboards. I use the "full site" on my phone, not the app, so I don't know what the recent changes look like.

It's always confused me that more people don't use the keyboard shortcuts.

Hi Shelly. I'm on a laptop using a mouse to navigate (can't stand the touchpad).
The prev/next buttons allow me to go through the messages without lifting my hand.
That's my excuse. ;-)
