I noticed that too. Not sure if that means institutional investors are doing all the trading, or if retail is buying the ask, and then institutional just happens to sell after them to move shares to a different retail broker.

It's super-easy to "qualify" for OTCID - any company that's non-delinquent can do it in a day if they care.

Many don't.

No idea what's going on w/ $PLPL tho...
