Hmm. There’s no JJ Astor $2M debt facility listed within the Quarterly report… that has Ryan Raharja from auditor Russel Bedford International.

Oh right, the Quarterly Report is not audited!

So… Brookmount n Nils have no need to include the existence and terms of the $2M debt facility that Brookmount took on.

But why inform shareholders?

It’s probably dilutive. If not toxic debt too.
