No they can’t. They can only halt ALL trading to stop us retailers from selling. Wouldn’t be much of an up list if they did that. Common sense people.

I have been following the GSE saga for 17 years. Everytime the Government pulled something I would say - Hey! They can't do that! That's the whole theme of this thing. And they get away with it because it follows the Golden Rule - he who has the gold makes the rules. The latest is removing one of the Fed Reserve members - to smooth the way for lower interest rates. My reaction was, of course, hey - they can't do that! So the GSE saga continues.
